Баг в шаблоне

Возникла проблема при верстке своего шаблона. Выплывает следующая хрень (больше никак назвать не могу):
Баг в шаблоне
грешу на 2 вещи:
- на стили
- на трабл в самом выводе левого столбца
Что за беда пришла в мой дом и как ее устранить???
Просто все, как пить дать, только не вот голова никак не может додумать сей ход.

Файл с стилями прилагаю.

html код надо смотреть, а не стили.

точнее шаблон сам. не так выразился.

P.S. Убирал полностью стили, баг остался.

Что самое интересное, когда после <td> вставляешь простой текст, все выводит нормально... без смещения.
Как только вставляешь боксы

{$box_CATEGORIES}
{$box_FEATURED}
{$box_WHATSNEW}

эта хрень выплывает.

А если быть точнее, то при выводе только {$box_CATEGORIES}

может файл не в той кодировке? что за редактор? Попробуйте сохранить html файл категорий utf8 без bom

Вопрос решился, спасибо.
Открыл бокс категорий в другой кодировке и вылезла эта кракозябра перед вставкой языкового файла.
Руки крюки, нечаянно дочь видимо жмакнула когда рядом сидела)))
